About Me

- Heya. I teach Shakespeare, British lit, and some other stuff. I am an associate professor at a small public university in the South, here known as Misnomer U; I spent a year in a visiting position at a private liberal-arts college that I call New SLAC. I hold degrees from the Beloved Alma Mater (undergrad) and the University of Basketball (grad). This blog contains teaching anecdotes, occasional posts about whatever I'm reading, and random thoughts.

I think it's AYLI. It's got the snake, and the lion, and Oliver asleep, the folks loving other folks, unrequited.
It's got the deer for the hunting imagery at the opening of Duke Sr.s scene, and also for the fawn imagery Orlando uses.
And sheep, because yay pastoral, and sadness about the dead shepherd.
I'm a little confused about the upper left, but maybe that's Corin's place?
The guy at the upper left is meant to be the Holy Hermit Ex Machina!
I like how you drew this under "reallocate resources... blahahaha." I apparently need to start doodling to survive these meetings! It's better than just having a panic attack afterward.
The Holy Hermit totally makes sense to me! I can't imagine why I didn't recognize it!
