Sisyphus -- To be honest, I'm not sure LOLcats are Bingo-worthy either, as I've only encountered one or two presenters who inserted random ones into their PowerPoint slides -- but I was running out of things to put in the empty spaces.
Ink -- Yes, I made it, but anybody facing a round of beginning-of-the-year meetings is free to borrow or adapt it.
My colleagues got so into this that they suggested "best practices," "authentic," "team building," or "outside the box" as replacements for the lolcats.
Now they want me to print up a bunch for use during meetings!
Heya. I teach Shakespeare, British lit, and some other stuff. I am an associate professor at a small public university in the South, here known as Misnomer U; I spent a year in a visiting position at a private liberal-arts college that I call New SLAC. I hold degrees from the Beloved Alma Mater (undergrad) and the University of Basketball (grad). This blog contains teaching anecdotes, occasional posts about whatever I'm reading, and random thoughts.

That is a hoot! May I share that with our assessment lovers (and haters)?
Feel free!
I may well use this in my faculty retreat later this month. At least it would pass the time.
Ha!!!!! Brilliant!!!!!
(though, I love LOLcats! Surely they aren't Bingo-worthy?)
That is HILARIOUS! Did you make it?

Thanks! Was just invited to an assessment meeting. Can't wait! (Ok, I'm pretty sure that's the first time I've said that.)

"Best practices"! That's it! How could I have left that one out?
